Adriane has been teaching fitness and wellness classes all over for over 15 years. With a history of military training, owns her own gym and fitness facility, AND has her own dance studio - she has taught everything from aerobics, step, ball, strength and core classes, kick, and most recently Zumba! She has true energy, passion and love for movement to make your body feel good and to make you feel even better!
Adriane believes encouragement and guidance are essential parts of every class, helping members grow both physically and personally coming out of their "box". Having learned the hard way she prides herself on being a "living example" of her hard work and coaching others to lead a fulfilling healthy life. Now Adriane's class participants are able to benefit from her heart-felt love and excitement for Zumba.
Being the only instructor in the immediate area with Zumba Gold, Zumba B1, Zumba B2 and Zumba Toning under her belt, she is ready for anyone to come and try the love of exercise. When she is finished teaching your class you will never want to leave!
